As a Performance Reporting Analyst, Shania is responsible for the day-to-day management of client records and portfolio reporting infrastructure. She assists in technology-driven projects and helps teams across the firm with data analytics and custom reporting requests.

Passionate about data reporting and analysis, Shania is currently studying for her MS in Analytics. She previously served as a Finance Intern at Jennison Associates.

Outside of the office, Shania is an avid tennis player and volunteers with Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
